Hmmm……….maybe it’s simply an incomplete sentence such as “Well, then, there…you go!”…..
However, interesting to note that Google finds a few occurances!

Maybe she knows something we don’t!
I think she was trying to come up with something and just stopped, but who knows, maybe she is onto something.
